Hailing from Penang, Michael began his career in Banking and Finance industry with Standard Chartered Bank in 1997 as a Mortgage Officer. He spend the next few years gathering more experience in this industry which saw him moving up in the corporate ladder into more senior positions in various capacities with other banks and financial institutions including the likes of Hong Leong Bank, HSBC, Prudential Unit Trust, with his last posting with Hwang DBS Unit Trust as Regional Manager (Northern Region).
Then in 2006, Michael took a bold step of starting a Mortgage Consultancy Firm in Penang, providing comprehensive mortgage solutions and real estate advisory.

Dominic is from Kuching, Sarawak. He spent his early years in the tourism industry as a licensed tour guide, culminating with his appointment as Head of Operations in Damai Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (a government-linked company), reporting directly to the Board of Directors from 1992 to 1994.
With his early successes in the tourism industry, his enterprising nature prompted him to move on to other industries and set up a host of companies dealing with government supplies, road maintenance and marking systems, road safety equipment supplies, automotive and industrial lubricants, commercial and industrial security and automation products, washroom hygiene care products, and air-freshening products. This exposure brought him vast experiences in the business arena and he further developed his skills by involving himself in the pioneer management team of CATS FM, a local Sarawak private radio station, initially in the marketing department selling commercial air-time, and subsequently setting up his own radio show as anchor-presenter from late 1996 to 2000.
Dominic’s involvement in asset-based investments began when he took a leap of faith and joined a landbanking company from Canada in mid-2005 which ultimately led him to meet with Michael in Penang to form First Asia Properties. He now spearheads the sales department and is primarily responsible for growing the sales team and developing the skills of all sales personnel.
