Internship – E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings: Assist in creating and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Order Management: Help process orders, manage shipping logistics, and monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries, addressing product-related questions, and resolving order issues via email, chat, or phone.
Marketing & Promotions: Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertisements.
Data Analysis: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, customer behavior, sales trends, and website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics or e-commerce platform dashboards.
Content Creation: Help in creating product content, including descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, updating product availability, and coordinating with suppliers or warehouses to ensure proper stock levels.
Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to help optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches.
