Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research & Prospecting:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and target industries.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for future sales and business development activities.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand evolving needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the company’s products/services and demonstrate their value.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  1. Proposal & Contract Development:
  • Assist in preparing proposals and contracts based on the client’s requirements and the company’s offerings.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure that contracts comply with company policies and are financially viable.
  • Follow up on proposals and contracts to ensure they are signed and delivered in a timely manner.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, sales forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to refine business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and to address any client concerns or issues.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on business development initiatives.
  1. Brand Promotion & Networking:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate new business leads.
  • Promote the company’s brand and offerings at external events, building awareness and driving engagement with potential clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

  • 协助根据客户需求和公司产品/服务制定提案和合同。
  • 与法务和财务团队密切合作,确保合同符合公司政策且具有财务可行性。
  • 跟进提案和合同,确保及时签署并执行。
  1. 报告与分析:
  • 跟踪并报告销售活动、市场趋势和竞争对手动态。
  • 使用CRM软件维护准确的商务拓展活动记录、销售预测和客户互动记录。
  • 分析销售数据和趋势,优化商务拓展策略,并识别改进机会。
  1. 6. 跨部门协作:
  • 与市场营销、产品和客户服务团队紧密合作,确保解决方案顺利交付,并及时解决客户的疑问或问题。
  • 向内部团队提供客户反馈、市场趋势和竞争对手见解。
  • 参与团队会议并共同推动商务拓展计划。

  • 代表公司参加行业活动、展会和网络交流活动,开发新的商业机会。
