Responsibilities 核心工作:

  • To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
    懂得如何有效处理来自客户来电查询。
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
    为所有客户相关问题提供快速及时的解决方案。
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
    通过提供良好的客户服务确保客户的满意度。
  • Good in typing skill and able to chat with customers in Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Messenger etc.
    打字能力强,能够在Live Chat、WhatsApp、Telegram、WeChat、Messenger等中与客户聊天。
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    保留客户互动记录、处理客户账户和归档文件

Requirement 条件:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    鼓励应届毕业生申请。
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin.
    必须通晓华语 (沟通和书写)
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, LiveChat, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
    优先考虑拥有在客户服务或客户服务相关领域(即电话营销、LiveChat、客户联络等)的工作经验者
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
  • Knowledge in handling basic computers (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
    掌握基本电脑操作(Microsoft Excel/Word 等)的知识。
