Sales Executive 销售专员
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads, continuously nurturing relationships to drive new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, potential clients, and competitors.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions to address their pain points.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and secure long-term business.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and quotes tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Proactively monitor sales performance and take the necessary actions to meet or surpass targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, features, and updates.
- Communicate product benefits clearly and effectively to customers.
- Attend product training and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth handover of clients after the sale.
- Provide feedback to the product and service teams regarding customer feedback, market needs, and competitor insights.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data and trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and action plans.

- 报告与分析:
- 定期提供销售报告,包括销售业绩、潜在客户开发和客户反馈。
- 分析销售数据和趋势,优化销售策略,提高表现。
- 参与定期的销售会议,讨论进展、挑战及行动计划。
