Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of leads, continuously nurturing relationships to drive new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, potential clients, and competitors.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions to address their pain points.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
  1. Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and secure long-term business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and quotes tailored to the client’s specific needs.
  1. Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Proactively monitor sales performance and take the necessary actions to meet or surpass targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  1. Product Knowledge & Training:
  • Stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, features, and updates.
  • Communicate product benefits clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Attend product training and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth handover of clients after the sale.
  • Provide feedback to the product and service teams regarding customer feedback, market needs, and competitor insights.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and action plans.

  • 与市场营销团队紧密合作,确保信息一致并配合促销活动。
  • 与客户支持团队协调,确保销售后客户顺利过渡。
  • 向产品和服务团队反馈客户意见、市场需求和竞争情况。
  1. 报告与分析:
  • 定期提供销售报告,包括销售业绩、潜在客户开发和客户反馈。
  • 分析销售数据和趋势,优化销售策略,提高表现。
  • 参与定期的销售会议,讨论进展、挑战及行动计划。
