Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring consistency and timeliness across all social media platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to craft relevant and engaging content.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (including text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Schedule and publish social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Community Engagement & Interaction:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers and build an online community around the brand.
- Identify opportunities to join relevant conversations, collaborations, and influencers within the industry.
- Social Media Advertising & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic, increase leads, and generate sales.
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to ensure high ROI and meet business objectives.
- Analyze audience targeting, creative, and budgets for continuous optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social) to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Brand Monitoring & Reputation Management:
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, reviews, and relevant conversations.
- Address customer concerns and feedback in a positive, professional manner.
- Protect and enhance the brand’s online reputation by addressing any negative comments or crises in a timely and effective way.
- Collaboration & Cross-Department Support:
- Collaborate with other marketing team members (e.g., content, SEO, email marketing) to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging.
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to promote products, services, and events on social media.
- Assist in organizing and promoting virtual or in-person events, product launches, and promotions through social media.
