Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Proactively search for candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and other industry-specific networks.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  1. Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview guides and assessment materials, ensuring consistency and fairness in the interview process.
  1. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates about job opportunities, company culture, and the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer status, and any other necessary updates.
  1. Job Offer & Negotiation:
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring they have a clear understanding of compensation, benefits, and expectations.
  • Negotiate terms of employment when necessary, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the candidate and the company.
  • Ensure candidates complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
  1. Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from posting job advertisements to candidate onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, minimizing time-to-hire and improving candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including interview notes, feedback, and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  1. Employer Branding & Talent Pool Development:
  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing, content creation, and participation in job fairs or networking events.
  • Leverage social media and professional networks to showcase the company as an employer of choice.
  • Build and nurture a network of potential future hires, keeping them engaged and informed about opportunities.
  1. Reporting & Metrics:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience, and diversity of hires.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the HR team and hiring managers based on recruitment data and trends.

  • 协调安排候选人与招聘经理的面试。
  • 准备面试指南和评估材料,确保面试过程的一致性和公正性。
  1. 候选人互动与关系管理:
  • 与候选人建立稳固的关系,在整个招聘过程中提供积极、专业的体验。
  • 清晰有效地与候选人沟通职位机会、公司文化以及招聘流程。
  • 确保及时向候选人反馈面试意见、录用状态及其他必要的更新信息。
  1. 工作邀请与薪资谈判:
  • 向选定的候选人发出工作邀请,确保候选人清楚了解薪资待遇、福利和工作期望。
  • 在必要时与候选人进行薪资谈判,确保双方都能达成共识。
  • 确保候选人及时完成所有必要的入职手续和文档。
  1. 招聘流程管理:
  • 从职位发布到候选人入职,管理整个招聘生命周期。
  • 确保招聘流程顺畅、高效,尽量缩短招聘周期,提高候选人体验。
  • 维护招聘活动的准确记录,包括面试记录、反馈信息和招聘状态等,并更新招聘管理系统(ATS)。
  1. 雇主品牌与人才储备建设:
  • 协助通过招聘营销、内容创作和参与招聘会等活动提升公司雇主品牌形象。
  • 利用社交媒体和专业网络平台展示公司作为理想雇主的形象。
  • 构建并维护潜在候选人网络,保持他们对公司机会的关注和参与。
  1. 招聘报告与数据分析:
  • 跟踪并报告关键招聘指标,如招聘周期、每人招聘成本、候选人体验和招聘多样性等。
  • 基于招聘数据和趋势,向人力资源团队和招聘经理提供见解和改进建议。
