Talent Acquisition Senior Executive 人才招聘专员


  • 根据公司现有编制及业务需求,了解各个部门的招聘需求,制定招聘计划
  • 开拓和完善招聘渠道,保证招聘工作的有序开展,实现公司各阶段的招聘目标
  • 招聘手册、各部门岗位说明等公司相关制度的完善
  • 负责招聘、面试、考勤管理等工作
  • 新员工入职培训考核,培训效果跟踪
  • 员工谈话,入离职合同、社保的办理,妥善处理员工关系、劳企关系
  • 完善员工档案的建立和管理
  • 完成上级交办的各项事宜


  • 一般要求人力资源或者行政管理相关专业,大专以上学历,有至少2年以上的从事人力资源招聘工作经验
  • 熟悉人力资源六大模块,擅长招聘及员工关系
  • 具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和团队建设能力


  • Mastering job posting, recruiting marketing channel development
  • On hands with digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…

Communication (social media, phone, written, oral, on site):

  • Use various sourcing methods/channels (including proactive searches) such as social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Conduct phone screens to ensure quality profiles are provided to hiring managers

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient as you will be working in a fast paced environment
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of staff
  • Excellent communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of in-house or external recruitment experience
