What we need you to do?
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, social media.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
What are requirement to join our team?
- Required language : Mandarin (speak and write)
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
- Clear communication and listening skills
