- Lead research and trend spotting within the field that fuels content creation
- Produce interesting, well-researched content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include blog posts, emails, website copy, eBooks, guide, case studies, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
- Contribute to social media postings and support social media specialist in management of social media accounts
Content Monitoring & Optimisation
- Continuously measure and improve content performance, leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all content marketing activities
- Optimise delivery strategy for each piece, repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
- Optimise the performance of produced content across different platform
- Identify popular/well perform content and strategise how to repurpose the content across media platforms
- Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI
