Responsibilities 核心工作:

  • Ability to plan and execute digital content across all online platforms, Instagram & facebook for the company.
    拥有撰写和创作营销文案的能力,供公司在各大平台如 Facebook,Instagram,Youtube上使用。
  • Create content that can drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
    撰写可以引导流量和参与度,让流量转化为销量以及经营好品牌推广的文案。
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
    衡量营销活动的结果,为未来的营销活动提供信息和进行优化。
  • Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
    了解不同类型的内容最适合哪个平台。
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
    设计和创作有创意的内容营销策略是内容触达更广泛。

Content Creation

  • Identify your audience interest
  • Lead research and trend spotting within the field that fuels content creation
  • Produce interesting, well-researched content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include blog posts, emails, website copy, eBooks, guide, case studies, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
  • Contribute to social media postings and support social media specialist in management of social media accounts

Content Monitoring & Optimisation

  • Continuously measure and improve content performance, leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
  • Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all content marketing activities
  • Optimise delivery strategy for each piece, repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
  • Optimise the performance of produced content across different platform
  • Identify popular/well perform content and strategise how to repurpose the content across media platforms
  • Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content
  • Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI

Requirement 条件:

  • 1 – 2 years of marketing content copywriting experience.
    拥有1-2年营销内容撰写的工作经验
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin
    通晓中文撰写和沟通能力
  • Familiar to create marketing content –  B2B & B2C
    对营销文案有一定的敏锐度,尤其是针对B2B & B2C
  • Time management skills,can work independently
    时间管理者,能独立完成工作
  • Familiar with social media and keen online hot spot execution
    熟悉社交媒体及对网络热点的敏锐判断
  • Passionate about digital marketing and inquisitive about market needs and changes
    对数码营销充满热情,对市场需求和变化充满好奇
