Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Assist in answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
Issue Resolution: Help resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating more complex issues to senior staff.
Order Management: Assist with processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Product Information: Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Customer Feedback: Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve services and provide insights to the team.
Team Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

 

主要职责:

问题解决: 协助以专业和及时的方式解决客户问题、投诉或疑虑,将复杂问题升级给资深员工处理。

产品信息: 为客户提供有关产品、服务和政策的准确信息。

客户反馈: 协助收集客户反馈,以改进服务并为团队提供有价值的见解。
团队支持: 与客户服务团队协作,确保提供卓越的服务并维持客户满意度。
