Internship - Human Resources and Admin (KL)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related tasks.
Onboarding Support: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and assisting with orientation activities.
Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
HR Communication: Assist with internal communications, including preparing newsletters, announcements, and emails to employees.
Admin Tasks: Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and organizing company events or training sessions.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll administration tasks, including collecting and processing attendance and time-off records.
HR Policy Support: Help in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures as required.
Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management and leadership teams.
