Internship - Customer Service (KL)

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide assistance to customers’ product inquiries, events, concerns, and issues.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best ability.
  • Organize, manage, and execute online campaigns and daily social media posting if necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/E-commerce, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Creative Multimedia Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Internship location: Taman Seputeh (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Internship Duration: minimum of 3 months up to 6 months.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin
